He has developed an expertise with higher education ERP systems that operate off of Oracle dtatabase paltforms (Banner, PeopleSoft, Datarel, Workday, etc).

Our analysis follows OMB A-110 Cost Allocation Principles and it can be also be used to prepare indirect cost rate applications for grant cost recovery purposes. WE will use your academic and other data then divide your operations between self- sustaining (Auxiliary) operations, academic (instructional) operations, and other operataions and allocate administrative and overhead costs as you require between those activities. Some allocation bases include, n umber of transactios, proportionate budget allocations, and square footage. Wecan tell you hat contribution margin your professeros generate or whether an individual course is in the black.

FRAMEWORK ASSESSTMENT

Our clients have consistently found this to be our most valuable return on cost service. The framework assessment is an intensive 3 to 5 day review of all aspects of your University's operations. Our assessment team includes a student functional and a senior finance consultant. We used a structed approach to conduct cross-functional interviews with University staff and use targeted questions derived from high level cash receipts and cash disbursements flow analysis. We then identify business processes that need improvement or areas where the University's ERP system is underutilized. The comprehensive report provided to our clients has been used as an  ERP implementation map or to resolve audit findings.
