Some allocation bases include, n umber of transactios, proportionate budget allocations, and square footage. FRAMEWORK ASSESSTMENT
Our clients have consistently found this to be our most valuable return on cost service. The framework assessment is an intensive 3 to 5 day review of all aspects of your University's operations. Our assessment team includes a student functional and a senior finance consultant. We used a structed approach to conduct cross-functional interviews with University staff and use targeted questions derived from high level cash receipts and cash disbursements flow analysis. We then identify business processes that need improvement or areas where the University's ERP system is underutilized. The comprehensive report provided to our clients has been used as an ERP implementation map or to resolve audit findings.
